The Lebron Family
Nick and Melitza Lebron and their 3 children are thrilled to be involved in the Habitat Program. They have very strong roots in the city and have been involved in many community organizations from coaching in the Saturday Hoopsters basketball program, umpiring baseball in the South End, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Prudence Crandall Domestic Violence Services.
They are very excited to be building in Hartford and look forward to being homeowners in the city they love. Their son Nick Jr. lives with Aspergers Disease and is a High School Freshman who has received a Science award and loves running on his schools cross country team. Daughter Savannah is also a Freshman who has an infectious smile. She is an honor student and English is her favorite subject.
Daughter Jennika is a Sophmore who is also on the honor roll and is a Math wiz. She is also the family’s IT person.
They feel that the Habitat for Humanity home ownership program is an investment in themselves and their family and are very grateful and look forward to staying involved and partnering with future families.
UPDATE
The Lebrons celebrated with Hartford Habitat staff and volunteers the dedication of their Habitat house in November, 2011 and moved in shortly after in time for the holidays.
Congratulations to Nick, Milly and the kids!
