Volunteer Groups

The maximum number of volunteers per group is 15, the minimum is 8-10. Previous construction experience is not required. However, we also ask that every group tries to bring 1 skilled volunteer for every 3-4 unskilled volunteers. These skilled volunteers will work closely with the Construction Supervisor as Crew Leaders.


PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age requirement for youth volunteers is 16 years old to be on the job site - no exceptions. Unless a minor is part of a youth group (school/faith organization) all construction volunteers ages 16 & 17 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone at all times while volunteering at the worksites (1 chaperone for 3-4 kids).
