Build-A-Thon 2009 Recap - September 2009

The 2009 Build-A-Thon was a great success! Over 200 volunteers throughout the greater Hartford community came together over the course of five days to swing hammers, build floors, raise walls and put up siding on seven new houses on Guilford Street in Hartford. Habitat volunteers raised over $60,000 for this event by soliciting donations among their friends, families and colleagues, and in their places of worship.
